I am a performer and educator based in Long Beach, CA. I received my Bachelor's of Music in Cello Performance at the Bob Cole Conservatory of 2021. I have been very passionate about teaching cello since I started in 2016. I have performed in several venues in Southern California as a soloist, as well as in orchestral and chamber ensembles. My favorite type of ensemble is cello ensemble, and I encourage all my students to get involved in cello ensemble playing or at least some type of chamber music. Read More

I offer cello lessons one on one to all age groups (children and adults), from beginner through advanced level. Lessons include study basic , different cello tekniik and stroks, music teory and lots of fun plaing duets. The program is develop and individualized dependence of the student’s goals and ability. The cello’s sonorous and vibrant tone make it the most magnificent and lyrical instrument .With its deep and velvet tones the cello is the closest to the human voice instrument, following the inflection of speech and song. I am very flexible with my teaching methods and put together the best style matching the student's learning strengths. Furthermore, I update and change my methods if I feel the current method is becoming ineffective. I keep my lessons interactive with the student because the time is for the student to retrieve as much information as he/she can regarding their instrument and they can build a stronger week of preparation heading into the next lesson.  Currently my most used methods are teaching via classical, pop & jazz, and Suzuki methods. I started teaching piano to both children and adults in high school. One of them was 5 years old, the other was 6, and another was 13 years old. I've also taught a 19-year-old for a short period of time. For the two kids who were 5 and 6, they were total beginners at piano and did not know anything about piano so my main focus was to introduce them to this instrument and teach them the basics of music theories, scores, and postures. Samuel Guest. That same year I joined Meremblum which comprised of 3 levels of orchestras. Beginning was Pathfinder, then Pioneer and then ultimately Junior Symphony. My very first solo was with Pathfinder at the age of 12 under the direction of Mr. George Roden. I successfully joined the other two orchestras up until I was 17. I then auditioned for Interlochen Music Camp in Traverse City, Michigan at the age of 15. My first time away from home and on a journey to seek out great music, great musicians, and enormous pride to be chosen by Interlochen. Read More
