Our music lesson students will have the opportunity to take lessons from the comfort of their own home or in one of the teachers studios. Careful attention is placed on each student to ensure a custom lesson plan. Our music teachers understand that every student has different needs and abilities and therefore the lessons will be planned with that knowledge in mind.

I am a caring and spirited instructor, who loves being able to share my love of music by teaching others. I have a performance degree in violin, and am currently finishing my masters in music therapy at FSU. This degree has pushed me to refine my skills on a few secondary instruments, including piano, voice, viola, ukulele, and guitar. For beginning students, I teach them the basics first, and then simple and fun pieces that they can master. For intermediate students, I start them on method books and more advanced techniques. With advanced students, I help them refine their playing and personalize each piece that they learn. This makes it far more enjoyable for The student, as well as more relevant. I teach music by breaking down the elements of a performance to as digestible a lesson as the student feels comfortable in tackling. By setting such a pace with realistic goals I can keep students engaged and encouraged to work through material and really achieve a feeling of competency. I encourage players to learn a piece thoroughly and practice often finding that by the time they've memorized the music they can work on the finer aspects of musicality and performance that really elevates the work. Four years ago I had my first experience as a teacher in Cuba. It was with only 3 students in an Elementary school.
