I am a musician originally from Mexico, I have performed in Latin america and Europe. I am currently Principal viola with Symphony of the Americas and part of the Con Brio Quartet. Besides teaching and performing in orchestra I am also very active as a recitalist and chamber musician. I first talk with my students to figure out their goals.  Once a reasonable goal has been agreed upon, I enthusiastically help them jump right into playing their instrument.  By breaking up portions of the lesson with review of simpler pieces, I encourage my students to play fun and simpler things as well, so that they do not beocme frustrated.  I always bring my positive attitude to each lesson, and have the students write down what to work on after each lesson. I graduated from Yerevan State Conservatory with a Master's Degree as concert performer and teacher as well as received a diploma with the highest distinction as a concert performer and teacher for violin .While I studied at Yerevan State Conservatory,I was the first violinist of the Chamber Orchestra of Yerevan State Conservatory as well as the first violinist of Yerevan State Conservatory's Quartet.I then continued my Postgraduate Studies at Yerevan State Conservatory.I also received a Certificate from the International Academy D'Art Musical in Paris,France.In the International Festival "Semaines Musicales de Tours" I received the 1st Prize in 2000 and 2001.I have also received a number of diplomas from International Violin Competition in Italy,Poland,Finland and Switzerland. i always love to see my students reach a goals on the lessons and i don't believe in "i can't do it", if you can dream it, you can see it, and if you can see it you can do it!. i always believe that the everybody can play an instrument if you say that is not for you, that is just a sign that you just need more practice that other people , i already teach a kid to play violin and also a grandma to sing and play guitar at the same time i think everything is posible you jus need practice over and over again until you make it.
