I've been teaching jazz to students since 2010 and have had the opportunity to create workshops focusing on jazz history, improvisation and sound painting. I like to work with new students to build a foundation for trumpet playing and developing a solid tone and embouchure. An adequate grasp of the fundamentals, along with consistent practice and rehearsal times, lead to a student expediting their abilities.
