I just graduated from Temple University with my masters degree in Jazz Studies, but am versed in many styles of playing and composing. In addition to performing in myriad musical idioms, I have made a career of private teaching, having conducted over 26,000 lessons since 2001. I have been fortunate to perform over 1,800 professional commitments in my career as well as teaching roughly 25 students. For the last 2 years I have been teaching private lessons at an elementary school and have been teaching group lessons when asked. During the fall I also have been a low brass technician for a local marching band. Finally I have played in many pit performances for local high schools. We will extensively on flexibility and scales through out all stages of development as well as intonation on the instrument. It was after spending time in marching band and concert bands that I decided I wanted to teach music for a living. I pursued that love in college and started teaching privately once I was in school.
