Showing students what to practice and how to practice are key elements. My methods are geared to improve tone production, articulation, phrasing and musicality. Teaching a young student how to play the instrument by sound and not by reading notes allows them to use their imagination while playing. I am always very patient with all my students. I never try to put too much work on the student and always believe you should have more then one chance to get it right. Music is not a test and their is no failing, there is only the end result, which ends when the student makes progress, no matter how long it takes.
