I have been in teaching roles for other students since I was about 14 years old. I believe that even more than my past teaching and mentoring experience, being a dutiful student throughout my life as a trombonist has shaped my ideals on teaching. Planning an individual practice schedule is imperative for their success but at the same time make it enjoyable so the student will want to practice.
