I'm a passionate and motivated instructor who loves working with students and sharing my love of music. In 2005 I graduated from The Players School of Music. Performing with my favorite musicians and releasing my own music has been some of the greater experiences of my life as a musician, and I've had the opportunity to play with my biggest influences and call them my colleagues. I am a recent college graduate with a B.A. in music (vocal emphasis) from Lee University who is passionate about providing wholistic music education in ear training, voice, theory, performance, acting, and historical understanding. I have performed with traveling choirs around the world with my college's women's choir, the Ladies of Lee, and I was a member of St. George's Episcopal church choir in their residence at Ely Cathedral in England in 2018. The specific level used will be determined by the student's age. As piano students progress, I will suggest additional repertoire for solo performance and technical study. For late teen to adult students, I get to know my student's interests and musical goals to guide instruction accordingly. This helps to keep lessons engaging and fun despite age or ability level.
