I start with students by asking them what they want to accomplish on whatever instrument we're working on, and that will change the way the lessons progress. In 2012, I was the woodwind specialist and helped with the overall coordination of the music for La Salle High school in Cincinnati, Oh. This band won the MSBA Midstate Championship in Class AA. From 2013-2014 I maintained a small studio of saxophone students from many the programs I had worked with to that point. in 2015 I was a Graduate Assistant at Belmont University, I taught "overflow" lessons, non-major/secondary lessons, for my major mentor. I received my formal musical training with an ARCT in Teaching with the Royal Conservatory of Music.
