I start all students with getting a firm grasps of the basics of tone production and air support. I do this through long tone exercises as well as scale work to start learning more notes on the instrument. I focus on slowing incorporating more dynamics, articulation, and time signatures from there. I had worked with a public primary school’s students and had some experience to work with 6 classes (each contains 60 students) before I earned a Bachelor's Degree during required practical training. Through explaining music knowledge to children from 6-year-olds to 12-year-olds I learned to communicate with people with patient explanations and the deep understanding of people’s situations. We can explore different styles of music the students enjoys, and also styles that may be new to them.
