I teach each student different. Depending on the students level, pace , knowledge, strength, abilities , determination and goals. All students will have a understanding of scales, rhythm, chords and progressions . Each one of these will breakdown to their own sub-groups. With them expanding as the student progresses . I make sure they are prepared with everything needed to play songs/pieces, as well as all that is needed for improvisation and solos.
