I have participated in the BU Tanglewood Institute Young Artists Orchestra and the Texas Festival Orchestra at the Round Top Festival Institute. At Juilliard, I have performed in Alice Tully Hall with the Juilliard Orchestra, the New Juilliard Ensemble, the AXIOM ensemble. In my free time, I participate in community outreach through benefit concerts and as a member of the United Nations Chamber Music Society, the United Nations charity chamber music series that raises money for the United Nations Refugee Fund. I first began teaching upon the completion of my undergraduate studies in 2004. At that time the majority of my students were beginners in their first or second year of playing. By 2008 I had completed the first of my two graduate degrees in music. With this accomplishment the students seeking lessons with me generally became older, typically in the junior high and high school ages.
