I am a musician who specializes in trumpet, flute, piano, clarinet, french horn and vocal, but is primarily known as a trumpet artist who is currently attending Capital University as a music education major. I have accomplished many things throughout high school. I have been invited to play in many honor bands. In 2015 and 2016, I played in the Ohio State University Honor Band. I teach through positive reinforcement and encouragement with a set structure that allows for discipline and certain benchmarks that can determine success and mastery of certain skills. I truly believe that when students are nurtured and given a comfortable space they will excel as creating music and art is vulnerable and requires the student to let go. The greatest experience from high school was being accepted to Indiana University's Saxophone Academy, a week long camp in the summer for advanced saxophonist to work with the world renown classical saxophonist Otis Murphy. I have been very successful in college as well, maintaining a 3.8 GPA, participating in many ensembles and contests, and achieving principle positions in the top music groups the university has to offer. I plan to further my education after earning my Bachelor's, hoping to earn a master and doctorate at Indiana or Michigan University. Read More

My lessons focus on trouble areas identified during the initial lesson. I would develop a plan of attack setting realistic goals that are both measureable, realistic and obtainable to achieve. A usual model lesson would consist of the following segments: 1. Intonation - I would spend about 5-10 minutes in this area training the student to properly find the center of pitch and listen for an adaptive center of pitch. He has been awarded three times by the Ohio Arts Council and eleven  times by the Greater Columbus Arts Council for CD recordings of Latin American, classical, original music and for chamber music recitals in Franklin County, OH USA. He has studied with the world renowned Irish flutist Sir James Galway who wrote of Rodolfo: “Your music is charming and beautifully played.”In August 2006 and then again in August 2008 he participated in the Sir James Galway International Flute Masterclass in Interlaken and Weggis, Switzerland performing with the Sir James Galway Flute Choir both  times.
