I began studying the clarinet at age 8, and graduated from the Eastman School of Music in May of 2017. I have had the opportunity to study at the Brevard Music Center and the Aspen Music Festival, where I performed both with student and faculty orchestras. I would work with each student and learn their strengths and weaknesses in regards to playing their instrument, and use that knowledge to help guide them along during the lessons and in what work or etudes I give them to practice in between each lesson. While I continue to pursue my MM degree from the Manhattan School of Music, I work with Grammy Award winning artists and ensembles, such as Ryan Truesdell's Gil Evans Project and Trio Globo, and perform frequently with jazz, rock, funk, and pop groups of my own and of my peers.
