I started teaching voice lessons in early 2016 to young students from 6 to 15 years old. I then worked at the Willow Glen Music School from 2019-2020 to teach voice and piano to students from 4 to 70 years old. Since 2020, I've been teaching online vocal lessons to singers from 14 to 50 years old. In 2018 I graduated from Buchanan high-school, where I was in the Orchestra for about seven years and I was in the choir for about one Year. Typically, I favor using traditional curriculum for beginning students (Alfred, Faber, Bastian). As a student progresses we typically incorporate Clemeneti sonatinas and the students favorite pop/modern songs. When a student achieves an advanced level of difficulty curriculum is purchased depending on the student's goals, college aspirations, and learning objectives. I typically administer a Classical Method of education, whether in private lessons or the classroom. Most of my professional experience has been with the Marine Corps Music Program for 15 years. I also grew up with private piano lessons, and continued band and show choir throughout high school.  Before my career with the Marine Corps Band, I also performed professionally around northern Ohio as a keyboardist and drummer in Top 40 and Rock bands for 3 years. I must have started out in music when I was 4, and it was then that my love for the art grew as time went on. I started my piano lessons at 7 1/2, but I eventually decided the voice was more my thing, and I continued with that in choir and in solo vice by the time I was in junior high.
