There's a profound sense of fulfillment in witnessing a student's burgeoning love for music. To nurture this passion, I place great importance on enabling each student to progress at their unique rhythm. In every lesson, I make it a point to set attainable objectives, as celebrating these milestones not only fuels their eagerness to grow but also cultivates a hunger for continuous improvement. I truly believe that all learning, while serious in nature, should be fun and exciting in methodology. Living in the age of technology, there are so many ways to make learning fun and interesting for students. Whether it be sharing information from Youtube, educational sites such as The Teaching Channel, using digital music apps such as "Smart Music" for assessment, showing a student how to record themselves on their smartphones, all of these things can be brought in to the instructional experience. For beginners, I firmly believe in establishing strong fundamentals. However, you can't spell fundamentals with out "fun"! So, even while building fundamentals, music lessons should be fun and geared toward what the student wants out of all of this. Whether that's learning a specific song, style, cool musically visual trick, or just jamming, I'm here for it all! Musical journeys are specific to the individual and therefore there is no one path that all students must follow. Read More

I can also be a side player, and play a rhythm part, if the client is playing a solo. Read More
Instruments: Voice
During my lessons, I like to create an environment free of judgment, embarrassment, inhibition, self-doubt, and any other emotion or thought, internal or external that is going to deter my students from becoming the best singers possible. Im always open to try different techniques and approaches in order to allow my students to open to me and to the music. Singing is one of the most therapeutic practices anyone can experience because the music is literally running in and out of your body. Read More
