I then worked at the Willow Glen Music School from 2019-2020 to teach voice and piano to students from 4 to 70 years old. Since 2020, I've been teaching online vocal lessons to singers from 14 to 50 years old. I am a percussionist from Ecuador. I have broad and deep training in world and latin percussion, classical and contemporary music performance, and composition. In 2011 I moved to Brasil to complete my undergrad, and in 2015 I graduated from UNESP (Sao Paulo State University) with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Percussion Performance. Later in 2017, I moved to Los Angeles to earn a Master of Fine Arts degree in World Percussion from the California Institute of the Arts, where I had the opportunity to study with renowned musicians.
