I strive to create the most positive and encouraging environment for my students! Finding the best method to suite the needs of each individual is my foremost goal as a teacher. I believe it is my job to learn about my students and their specific needs and goals, and to tailor my teaching style in order to help them progress at their own pace. Most importantly, I hope my students find joy in learning! Read More

As we move along I start giving solo repertoire from different eras of music to introduce the student to different kinds of music from different composers. Read More

In my lessons, I assign a classical piece, scale exercises, and even a pop piece to motivate them so that they not only continue to improve, but also implement what they learned in the pop piece itself.
