Our music lesson students will have the opportunity to take lessons from the comfort of their own home or in one of the teachers studios. Careful attention is placed on each student to ensure a custom lesson plan. I have been a musician forever and I just love making music with others and inspiring everyone to raise their voice through music. My teaching experience started in 1976 when my teacher had passed away and I inherited his students teaching at Major music school in Irvington New Jersey teaching saxophone clarinet and flute I remain there for approximately 20 years When i relocated to central New Jersey where I was a teacher in the Franklin Township Edison South Brunswick and North Brunswick school system also doing private studio teaching And teaching at students homes and was also offering bassoon an oboe to my students I generally use if the student is in a school program what they are using working on their band music and then supplementing their lessons with appropriate solo material and technical material and I’m able to teach everything from jazz improvisation to orchestral playing and beginning to intermediate Oboe With my extensive performance and teaching experience I welcome the opportunity to expand to new students Read More

I started teaching back in high school to marching band students that wanted to play saxophone. That experience turned into a passion that carried into college where I taught music ed students as well as anyone else that wanted to learn the saxophone. As a teacher, I encourage consistent practice on a regular basis to all my students so they can achieve what they wish to achieve. I've found that holding realistic goals as well as maintaining a balance between teaching different fundamentals is key to keeping students motivated and excited playing the saxophone. Read More
