Our music lesson students will have the opportunity to take lessons from the comfort of their own home or in one of the teachers studios. Careful attention is placed on each student to ensure a custom lesson plan. Our music teachers understand that every student has different needs and abilities and therefore the lessons will be planned with that knowledge in mind.
lessons are available in the following areas:
Instruments: Drums, Music
All students will begin with an assessment of their current skills and a short discussion about their musical goals. This will gauge the trajectory of the lessons. Beginning students will start with basic stick technique, counting exercises, and rudimentary drum set beats. Lessons remain fun and engaging with the use of tailor made Drumless Playalong Tracks. Using my "In One" method, intermediate students will start immeidately on a customized lesson plan to refine their sense of rhythm from the bottom up. Read More

Since I am also a composer and arranger, I tend to be partial towards the use of my own "homemade" methods.... taking on the idea of composers like Mozart, Beethoven and Schumann (example would be Album of the Young) and writing simple pieces that reinforce specific technical challenges like double thirds, left hand arpeggios, consecutive octaves, pedalling and so on. Instruments: Violin, Viola, Music
I love teaching the violin!!, my emphasys is in the real true and with love every thing. There are many ways to teach an instrument, one of them is from the perspective of visual memory, or I know, there are teachers who demonstrate first and then the student tries to imitate what he hears and sees There are also others who speak and ask for what they want without demonstrating anything, because obviously they are no longer at the level playing or because they have a condition in their hands or fingers, and they get things by speaking, making themselves understood by the word. Instruments: Saxophone, Flute, Clarinet, Euphonium, Oboe, Bassoon, Music
I love to see students succeed. Yet they deserve to be challenged appropriately, they should be proud of their progress and still have fun. So I learn the students style of learning and pace then adjust the approach and music I will have for them. I constantly acknowledge any and all improvements , and welcome mistakes. I truly want the student to think about every decision they make, so they can properly train their subconscious in the right way. Read More
Instruments: Guitar, Violin, Mandolin, Fiddle, Music, Electric Guitar, Acoustic Guitar
Regardless of which instrument(s) my student is learning, I generally teach at the pace of the student. I never rush a student, and I keep with a scenario that is COMFORTABLE for both of us. Being relaxed is important to learning, and I always stress having students' hands relatively loose while holding and playing their instrument. I have lesson plans that I devise myself, while referring slightly to instructional videos and books also. Read More
