I'm a passionate and motivated instructor who enjoys extending my love of music to students. I'm currently in my final year of pursuing a BFA in Music Composition & Technology at University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and have extensive experience studying, teaching, composing, recording, and performing music. I have studied guitar and string bass in private lessons, having additionally performed in UW-Milwaukee's Symphony Orchestra and Experimental Improvisation ensemble. I will typically use the first lesson as an initial assessment of the student's personality and his/her skills. I ask the student what they would like to learn with the understanding that I will provide some of my own technical and theoretical knowledge. I like to create general lesson plans before each meeting so that I have some kind of outline to follow.
