My teaching experience dates back to high school during the year of 2017. I was a rising sophomore in high school and family friends first reached out to me for private lessons. From then, I was able to teach more students who were not necessarily friends of mine. I encourage daily practice for my students, which usually involves a repertoire, chromatic scales, and major and minor scales. My ultimate goal is to help students develop a love for playing and being around music. The last thing I want is a discouraged student or one that has become bored with music. Therefore, I will set realistic goals for my students so that they are not overwhelmed, but at the same time are constantly engaged and challenged by the material.
