Hi I’m Gabriel, and I’m a self taught full time musician. I picked up my first instrument at age 9 and began playing professionally at age 12. In 2016 I graduated from Columbia College Chicago with a bachelors of arts degree in instrumental performance. Since I began my professional career I’ve played for a wide range of local, national and international artists. I began teaching privately during the spring of 2018. I taught private orchestral percussion and drum set lessons at my home studio as well as high schools in the area. Since then, I accepted a position as a summer music instructor at Lakes Community High School in Lake Villa, IL. I taught 5th - 8th graders who were interested in getting more involved in their own music programs. I am eager to find more opportunities to spread music within various communities. Read More
