Im a composer and musician, and I love learning and teaching how music works. I graduated from Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego in 2018 with a Bachelors in Music composition and have been making and teaching music ever since. I started guitar and drum lessons when I was ten years old, motivated by the joy of rocking out and expanded to classical instruction in highschool. I am never aggressive with my students. I believe in pushing them to the next level but never through negativity. I joined the school band in 5th grade, but soon quit, as I was distracted in school and it was a little too academic. I encourage this by setting realistic goals for my students at each lesson and by teaching them the songs they love the most.
