This gave me a good perspective on how to directly connect with each student to ensure that we are exploring the best concept of learning for the individual. I performed often in local concerts, theatre, and went on a tour around the State of Michigan, during High School. I always strive to motivate my students based on their unique goals. I usually require a weekly practice sheet. The practice sheet has no specific amount of time required but simply acknowledgment that there was some practice on each day that is checked by the student.
