I am a performer, conductor, and teacher based in Stillwater, OK. I began working on my Bachelor's of Music Education (BME) at the Oklahoma State University Greenwood School of Music, studying trumpet with Dr. Ryan Gardner and Orchestral Conducting with Dr. Thomas Dickey. As far back as I can remember I've always had a fascination with musical instruments and a deep desire to make music. I start every student off the with basics, no matter what age. Fundamentals are a crucial skill that have to be correct if you plan to play great. We will work simple scales, articulations, and etudes to make sure the student is understanding the correct way to play which will lead to learning harder concepts easier and quicker.
