My teaching experience began in college when I tutored other music majors in music theory. I then went in to become a Choral teacher for grades 6-12. I taught privately for the past 25 years, teaching those grade levels and then began teaching senior citizens almost 10 years ago. Im currently a worship director for a church in the Leesburg area where I work with people of all ages. I'm a music lover through and through! I have been involved in music my entire life and have recently moved to Miami for work. I grew up in chilly Minnesota and am loving the Florida heat so far. I went to school out east at Brown University where I studied Linguistics. I love working with students of all ages and skill levels, and one of my biggest rewards as a teacher is seeing students improve and love music more and more each week. I work with students to develop their own unique goals for their lessons. Some students are putting together a full recital or prepping for auditions.
