For all my students I design a fun atmosphere where they feel comfortable, stimulated and encouraged to absorb musical knowledge. Depending on their musical backgrounds and their ability I discuss with my students and their parents(depending on student's age) what is their primary goal to achieve during the lesson, what style they want to concentrate on. When we get to know each other I assign my student with Vaccai classical tune (practices vocal technique) and two songs in style preferred, when a student learns and masters these we move on, with more difficult tunes each time. I am a passionate and supportive vocal coach who loves sharing my knowledge with my students. Seeing them grow and succeed makes me feel happy. In 2016 I graduated from Saarland University of Music with a Bachelor of Music degree in voice performance and vocal pedagogy. After graduation I had opportunities to sing in various concerts, opera and musical theatre productions in Germany, Luxembourg, Bulgaria, London, Nicaragua and New York. I especially love teaching voice. I make goals and adjust to the pace of the student.  While I don't believe I am too strict a teacher, I am always trying to challenge students. Besides keeping them on track with practicing the fundamentals, I encourage students to discover how beautiful and fun music is.    I think my style is more learning music itself. Since I am a singer, piano player and composer, I think I more encourage my students to use their ears and to understand harmony and theory which very is useful for playing music with any instruments. I covered a little of this in previous paragraphs but I utilize the students ability to learn without the instrument in hand and utilize themselves as the instrument. One example of this is I tea h them to mark time with their feet and subdivide the best into qurters,eighths, etc... and then test them thru aural rhythmic dictation. I believe in always cheering on my students and creating a warm and loving environment to help them grow! No matter what their age is, encouragement is key. Acknowledging their progress is what is going to move them forward and continue to learn and practice more.
