I have loved music from a very early age and I have been fortunate to study a variety of instruments and musical styles. I grew up studying the drums, piano, guitar, voice, and songwriting. I have been in a cover bands, original bands, jazz bands, choirs, a country band, a steel drum band, marching band, opera, a pop orchestra, a hip hop ensemble, and musical theatre productions. Hi I’m Gabriel, and I’m a self taught full time musician. I picked up my first instrument at age 9 and began playing professionally at age 12. In 2016 I graduated from Columbia College Chicago with a bachelors of arts degree in instrumental performance. Since I began my professional career I’ve played for a wide range of local, national and international artists.
