Careful attention is placed on each student to ensure a custom lesson plan. My own vocal-study is rooted from the pedagogical line of Manuel Garcia. I believe that the young voice must be given time to develop. I build an awareness of the body's physiological role in healthy-singing; breath is the key to phonation (singing). Once the fundamentals are grasped, I spend time teaching musicianship. By gaining a deeper understanding of musicianship, we become well-rounded musicians and therefore, better singers. One group in particular called: "ARCTIC THUNDER" was a group of 14 children from 8 - 14 yrs old. They performed at Walt Disney (Magic Music Days), and opened for many known recording artist.
