I taught lessons at both UAFS and DU during my time earning my degrees. I held a Graduate Teaching Assistantship at DU where I assisted with rehearsals, lessons, and planning, which has helped me build my teaching techniques and learn the quickest way to improvement. The ideas of practicing and performing teach students what it means to be organized, skilled, and hard working. I think that it is important for students to set their own goals, achieve them, and be praised for their success.
