I have been teaching for 20 years, with my own business for 10 years. My teaching style is very student centered. This allows me to focus on their unique abilities and interests while building a solid musical foundation. Individualized teaching is my passion. I adapt my teaching style to each students' learning style and then teach them how to express themselves individually through music. I still use traditional methods to build good technique and practice habits, but allow my students to bring their own interests' into our lessons. Read More

In 2017 after graduating, I decided to further my career in music by becoming an after-school instructor for Brevard County schools. I taught piano and guitar for students ages 5-13. Though my contract with the school had come to a close, my passion for teaching only grew. So I began giving private strings instruction, teaching cello, bass, guitar, violin, viola and piano. For beginners I usually start with Mel Bay Guitar Method, Book One or Hal Leonard Guitar Method One. Once the student has progressed to have a grasp of the fundamentals, I will begin to introduce solo repertoire appropriate for their first recital performance.
