Music has held a major position in my life since I was very young. I began composing music before I was in school. I began taking piano lessons when I was four years old. I am a graduate of Norfolk State University, where I received a Bachelors of Music degree in Music Media with a minor in Piano. My program combined classical saxophone training with, contemporary performance, and modern media outlets.
