My teaching experience dates back to my college days, as I began teaching private lessons part time 18 years ago, and have been consistently teaching students in my home studio for the last 5 years. My teaching methods include traditional and Suzuki technique with an emphasis on music theory.  Young students benefit from Suzuki technique using activities and games to foster learning.  For young beginners as well as adult, I start with Hal Leonard's Essential Elements and String Builder and scale studies.
