I first got into music when I was in elementary school. My first instrument was the upright bass fiddler. This help me learn the notes on the bass clef. I later learned to play trumpet which was the instrument that used to audition to get into the Navy Band. We work on technique, performance, note reading, sight reading, and interpretation. We also work on music theory.
