I have taught all ages how to perform music. I have experience teaching from elementary ages through collegiate level students and beyond. I use positive reinforcement to get students motivated about practicing and I always want to put their musical interests as a top priority. One book I use with all my students is a compendium of scale exercises that I wrote and published myself. My teaching experience dates back to my college days. I have taught both privately and publicly for 6 years both in Europe and NY. I hold two Undergraduate Degrees from Bard College (flute and dance) and a Master's Degree in Flute Performance from Queens College. I have a very strong background in Alexander Technique and Body Mapping. I incorporate the Alexander Technique principles in my flute teaching in order to ensure that my students build a strong and efficient flute technique. Read More

I started playing flute when I was 7 years old and I've dedicate my life to music since then. I graduated from the Hight Conservatory of Music in Oviedo (Spain) with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Flute Performance, and from the International University of La Rioja (Spain) with a Master's Degree in Education.
