Careful attention is placed on each student to ensure a custom lesson plan. My teaching style encourages meticulous time keeping and a good feel. The student will learn to count while drumming and also keep real time as in seconds and minutes. The student will learn the importance of the metronome "a mechanical or electrical instrument that makes repeated clicking sounds at an adjustable pace, used for marking rhythm, especially in practicing music."(dictionary.com) The student will learn how to describe time signatures and there application in various drum solo's.
