I am a young and passionate percussionist who loves being involved in music performance and education. I received my Bachelor of Music in Music Education from LIU Post in 2013, and will be finished my Master of Arts in Music Education from Hofstra University in 2017. I have had many great performance opportunities that include two performances in Carnegie Hall and other smaller venues around the country. After moving to study at the Conservatory of Amsterdam (NL) at 18, I quickly started to be part of a more intrnational scene, and by the time I got a scholarship to pursue my second Master degree at Manhattan School of Music in New York, I was already starting playing with some of the most prominent names of the music scene. As students progress, they can move on to drumset studies.  I can focus on whichever style of music interests the student, or  I can present various styles (Rock, Latin, Funk, Jazz, etc.)  All of the ideas learned in the previous lessons will be applied to the drumset.  Areas covered will include: -Beats (Rock, Swing, Bossa Nova, Samba, 12/8, etc.) -Fills -Soloing -Reading Charts -Time/ Feel -Dynamics I am very patient and flexible.  If there is anything that the student specifically wants to learn or doesn’t want to learn, I’m all ears!  I’m here to teach them whatever they are interested in as well as to introduce them to something they may not have experienced before.
