I am a successful instructor, drummer and musician who enjoys sharing knowledge and helping sudents acheive thier musical goals. I graduated from Temple University in Philadelphia with a Bachelor's degree in Jazz / Commercial music performance. After college I spent years honing my playing skills in all types of musical situations as well as teaching, and working as a recording engineer. I also spent 2 years studying at the Drummer's Collective in New York City where I worked with some of the best teachers in the country.  I have had experience playing and teaching rock, jazz, funk, r&b, and blues as well as collegiate marching/ drumline and orchestral percussion ensemble experience. I have been a very active performing drummer for the past 20 years. I recorded three albums that were released worldwide with my band Scelerata. I did five Brazilian tours (50+ shows) as Paul DiAnno’s (former Iron Maiden’s lead singer) official drummer, from 2009 to 2014. So growing up in this atmosphere has helped me through the years. Though he had difficulty in a classroom setting, this students general reading and musical skills blossomed over the course of several years of instruction. As required by music education minors, we had to participate in finding an accredited school system and observe for one year and assist for one year.
