Being a teacher is by far one of the most rewarding choices that I have ever made. Seeing a students growth and development is absolutely astounding. I believe that each student is very individualized, and no student learns exactly the same as another. I move at a very quick pace, but I have my students set their own goals. While I will select the literature for the student, I want them to feel successful when they are working with me. I want students to be confident and successful, so I will do anything in my power to help them learn good technique and practice habits.
