My teaching experience dates back about 20 years. Since then, I’ve taught many levels and many instruments. I’ve taught students ranging from 18 months to 81 years old. Every violinist is different. I tailor my lessons to the students needs and wants. Through my flexible approach with students, I like for there to be organization to that approach. With that being said, once I find what works for a student, I will follow through with that and develop a long term plan to help that student accomplish their goals. If I see that a student does not have any goals set, I will encourage them by setting light goals for them, and then guide them into setting their own goals. Read More

While I have taught violin lessons since 2010, my most recent passion for teaching occurred when I became an Adjunct Professor of Violin at New York University from 2016-2018. I held this position for two years while I was simultaneously completing my Masters degree, and maintained a studio of 10 students each semester. While at NYU, I taught a variety of students, from complete beginners to advanced violin players.
