I try to incorporate as much learning in a light, fun filled environment as possible to keep the student interested. I'm currently a graduate assistant at UGA. I am principal violist of the University of Georgia Symphony Orchestra and violist of the Hodgson String Trio. I am also an orchestral instructor for the UGA String Project. I have performed in several orchestras in the southeast United States including the Bryan Symphony, Owensboro Philarmonic, Augusta Symphony, Oak Ridge Symphony, and Albany Symphony Orchestras. I will teach children and adults beginner lessons only. I to start off identifying music notation, clapping, and counting notes. Getting students to a certain level to where they are more confident in their abilities is the goal want to set.
