I am a native of Russia. In 2001 I moved to the United States. In 2005 I became a US citizen. I studied music for seven years to earn my Bachelor of Arts degree in vocals and piano. I studied six more years in conservatory to obtain my Masters degrees in music performance and education. I love to teach and to see my students progress in their musical studies. I am a creative, goal-centered and insightful instructor who has spent many years dedicating her life to excellence in music. My primary instrument is piano. I'm an exceptionally gifted sight-reader and love to pass on some of those skills to my students. I began helping my friends work through their music when I was 19 at Missouri Western State University, and eventually cultivated a bustling studio of students through word of mouth. I now teach full time in Zoom and in person with house visits, or at my home studio. I have been a musician for as long as I can remember. I first started on violin in 3rd grade and moved to viola, cello, double bass, and recorder all before picking up guitar, bass, drums, and piano.
