My teaching career began around 15 years ago when I was hired to teach guitar at a privately owned music school in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Since then I have taught guitar at Louisiana State University as well as various music stores, privately owned music schools, and in home in various locations in an around Baton Rouge and the Acadiana area. Generally, I work with the student to come up with a set of goals to work towards achieving. I teach the fundamentals of the instrument through learning songs that are of interest to the student.
