Our music lesson students will have the opportunity to take lessons from the comfort of their own home or in one of the teachers studios. Careful attention is placed on each student to ensure a custom lesson plan. Each student is a different starting point depending on playing ability and age among a multitude of other factors. I am willing to negotiate to give any help the student needs at any level. However, for beginners we will always start learning by ear, as well as singing and clapping (sound before symbol). In 2019 I graduated from UMass Amherst with a BM in Jazz studies and a BS in environmental science.
