My teaching experience dates back to four years ago when I had completed my AA degree in Music and I had decided to volunteer teaching music to both my old secondary school (high school) and the Barbados Pathfinder Band recruit program which I was a Band member of. I supplement some of the things in the book with other literature and hand written exercise to help enhance learning experience. After practice with those skills, I will give more challenging pieces and scale studies to start working on their proficiency on the instrument. Playing music has been such a large part of my life, my goal is to try and cultivate that experience in my students. First and foremost, the student needs to enjoy themselves!
