I have pupils who have received high marks in middle and high school MSBOA solo and ensemble competitions for clarinet and flute. My methodological procedures are determined solely on the level of the student and their performance ability. Oftentimes I tailor lessons that ive created in my past to create lesson plans for individual students. I oftentimes use action research methods in helping me determine whether or not the teaching method that is being used in the lesson is effective for the student receiving lessons.
