I started teaching private lessons my senior year in high school. Once I went to music school, i started to refine my teaching technique, and have been teaching privately for the past 25 years. Regularity and time management is key to my student's success. Performing as part of Cedar Creek Community Band, Marching Band, Wind Ensemble, and Orchestra Pit has given me a variety of experiences to inform my teaching. This has taught me much of the psychology of music and performance. Each student has their own personal goals for their exploration of music. Read More
