I don't believe in forcing method books and content that, at the end of the day, the student doesn't care about, on my students, they should have a voice in what their being taught. I tailor my teaching style to fit every single student differently. My first job out of college was teaching at a charter school where I saw all the students in the school for 9 week periods.
