I have been teaching music lessons for over 5 years. When I first started, I taught part time for people in my church. I began to realize that I love to help develop people. I see myself as a catalyst for realizing full potential. I believe a teacher's greatest asset is not necessarily how much knowledge that can instill into their student, because knowledge can only take you so far. Rather a teacher's greatest asset is inspiration. Read More

Each individual is different and in order to keep the student motivated, a successful teacher needs to emphasize the importance of learning while never compromising the enjoyment one can get from the piano. My teaching experience has taught me that every student is different, and require different approaches. I have been teaching since the year 2000, where I have encouraged each student to practice. I also understand that learning piano can get repetitive therefore, my technique is to start with theory, and then to add playing by ear as well as reading the notes. I have learned that this method helps the student not to get burned out. Read More

Its gives me great joy to see my students practicing asking questions and progressing as well. If a student is not progressing i would give him great advice and praise to get him motivated to practice and watch him improve as well. I will also find out what kind of music my student is most interesting in and we will mostly stay focused on what he or she would like. Read More
